Amanda’s New Rule

No pop (ok, soda) until I run again.  I have to give myself something to work toward, right?

Hopefully this will turn out better than the Dots fiasco.  Ha.

What are you working toward this month?

    Getting steady with my running, some weeks I run four times sometimes I only run once. I need to get more regular with it.

    Good luck with soda, it tough, I only drink it when I’m running errands but it’s taken a long time to get there 🙂

    I like this idea! I may have to steal it 🙂

    My goal is to work running into my schedule and not let myself use being tired as an excuse.
