So I took a look at the training schedule Tara is thinking about. Its looking pretty good. I might take a crack at it!

Currently, I am doing 30 mins on the treadmill Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I want to add running in a certain park here in Nashville to that. Weather permitting. I have terrible asthma so I do have to pace myself for a couple weeks until I get accustom to all this movement.
